Wednesday Wink – The Ultimate Cleansing Routine to Keep a Flawless Complexion and Lashes

Face Washing Routine

Hopefully, you’re washing and brushing your lashes 2-3 times a week, at a minimum. If you want them squeaky clean, you should be washing and brushing nightly. Make sure to have Glad Lash’s Wash and Wink eyelash cleanser handy post-Halloween for any products that you wouldn’t normally use around your lashes.

Glad Lash - Award Winning Lashes

So we’ve got your lash wash covered, how about the rest of your beautiful face? What method is your go-to for face cleansing? Beloved client and eBay guru, Marsha Collier, has shared many beauty secrets with me over the years, but this one takes the cake: Micellar Water for cleansing!

Get Cleaner, Clearer Skin

When I was gawking over her flawless complexion, she let me in on her secret – and now here it is from my ears to you! Marsha swears by the micellar water beauty routine – having seen the results –I’ll have what she’s having. Popular in France for some time, this miracle method has made it mainstream! Radiance for everyone!

Micellar water is good for cleansing or double cleansing if you’d like to add it to your routine after a traditional suds cleanser. Containing no alcohol, micellar water (across all brands) is comprised of dirt-loving micelle molecules that attach to makeup and debris to break it down. Technology for cleaner, clearer skin. The product is known to be super hydrating and great for dry, sensitive, or acne-prone skin. After just a couple of days, I am not experiencing seasonal dryness midday. I feel excited to be in on a long time secret behind movie star perfection.

How to Use Micellar Water: Easy as 1,2,3

  1. If you have heavy makeup on it is recommended to start with Glad Lash’s makeup remover wipe.
  2. Simply place on the cotton pad, just as you would a toner.
  3. Use in the morning before SPF

In the evening, use after a Wash and Wink and then brush out lashes and apply a cream.

The simplest beauty routine ever 😉 Are you a micellar water lover? Let me know in the comments below! Bisou!
