Wednesday Wink - Life Changing Lashes: The New Flare Lash Delicates

Flare Lash Delicate

You may have noticed by now that when a product changes my life, I shout about it from the rooftops. This product takes the cake! As both an artist and a consumer, the new delicate flare lash has changed my lash life. This flare lash is lightweight and fluffy with a knot-free base, making the base quite invisible once applied. You can wear these lashes for your big day or day-to-day! You will get a million compliments on your fluffy lashes, and may hear ‘wow, who does your lash extensions?’

How To Pick Up The Lashes

These lashes are unlike any you’ve seen before! The way they lay in the tray, anchored at the center, is also unique. Because the lashes are so fluffy & delicate I recommend picking up the lashes from the bottom of the base when removing them from the tray. Place the lashes on the back of your hand or makeup pallet. Then, gently pick up the lashes while holding your tweezers at a 45 degree angle from the tip. A doe foot tweezer worked well for me, but any tweezer will do.
Flare Lash Delicates are perfect for those who love the look of Single Strand Individual Eyelash Extensions, but want the quick and easy do-it-yourself application
For the glue, I placed a bubble of lash lock adhesive on my pallet. Then, I slid the base of the delicate lashes through the glue bubble like a credit card. Do not go deep into the bubble, since you only need the tiniest amount of glue!

The Secret Sauce For a Flawless Application

Apply lashes in two pass-throughs. Starting with the outer corner, apply lashes one centimeter apart. Once a whole row has been placed, then apply the second pass-through: starting with the outer corner, place lashes in the gaps you just made. This method, as opposed to placing them side by side, allows lashes to lay naturally without stacking or twisting, resulting in longer lasting lashes. My next wink is going to be a ‘natural glam’ bridal make-up tutorial with these lashes, so stay tuned. I would love to see the looks you create with this new lash; to share your lash masterpieces, hashtag your pics #delicatelash or post your pictures below!
