Most clients will be a good candidate for lamination, but just as with any other beauty service, brow lamination needs to be customized to your client and their specific wants, needs, skin and hair. To start off, always ensure you’ve done a patch test 48 hours prior to your client receiving the service for the first time, or if it is an existing client that has had major changes in their lives, like medication changes, you’ll want to re-do your patch test.

Timing IS Everything
You want to make sure you are leaving both the 'Lift' and 'Lock' solutions on for the proper amount of time for your specific client.
If your client has blonde or thin brow hairs (we’re not necessarily just looking at the amount of brow hair your client has, but more so the thickness or diameter of the individual hairs themselves) you’ll want to adjust your processing times between 4-5 minutes.
Also don't use any cling wrap as this traps the natural body heat in and speeds up the processing time. On the contrary, if your client has thick or coarse brow hairs, opt for a longer processing time, up to 7 minutes, and also consider cling wrap for those hard to laminate brows.
