Are you getting ready for Halloween?!
If you’re anything like me, you love dressing up! The smallest lash and brow change can take your costume from awesome to epic. Whether you’re throwing something together before work or going full-blown Heidi Klum for Halloween, GladGirl’s NEW extra bold and shiny ellipse extensions are a great addition to any costume.
Only have a few moments to throw a look together for the daytime? That thought inspired me to pair up GladGirl’s new black lashes with a super quick at home DIY-kitty costume as the frosting on top!
Because we all have kitty ears hanging around the house, right? For my model Stephanie, we created this look in 3 minutes. It is sure to have you feeling playful with almost zero effort. Meow!
How To Do a Cat Makeup Look This Halloween
1. Start with the Brows
Use the Double-Sided Angled Brow Brush and Spooley with GladGirl’s Be Eye Beautiful Natural Eyeshadow Palette to get your brows on.
From the pallet, apply highlight to the cheeks and lids. Also apply the highlight to the ‘mussel’ area, starting from the lip to where the whiskers would begin.
2. Bolden Your Cat Lashes
Create dramatic cat eyes with the new Extra Black Ellipse Extensions from GladGirl. Curl in 8-12mm extensions, placing 8’s from the inner corner, 9’s to the pupil, then 10’s, graduating in that order to 12’s out towards the outer corner.
NOTE: Do not apply makeup liner! These lashes are luscious and dark enough!
No time to get you lash extensions done before Halloween?
Here are my favorite strip lashes for this look, conveniently named October. These lashes are gorgeous!
3. Put On a Quick Kitty Nose
Use GladGirl’s Liquid Liner outline or fill in top lip. For feline appearance keep top line of nose straight. Don’t forget whiskers! Top with a delicate coat of mascara (with wedge brush, *after brows.) for texture, for softer kitty look.
4. Paint on Pur-fect Lips
Use the yummy VEGAN Cherry Lip Stain – as sheer or as saturated with color as you wish – perfect for a day to night juicy look. Also, place some color on the apples of cheeks and under the brow bone.
