As we all continue to monitor the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very closely, we wanted to reach out to our GladGirl community. We are here to help support you and we are committed to delivering your products to the best of our ability, while shipping services continue.

Hygiene standards for our staff, our GladGirl stores, and products have always been a top priority to our company. Given the current situation unfolding we are taking action to ensure our organization is here to serve you in the safest way possible. All store employees have been trained to uphold and practice the guidance provided by the CDC, WHO, and public health agencies.  We have trained our staff in these current matters, as their safety and our customers’ safety is of the utmost importance.

We will continue to serve our lash community, lash artists, and lash lovers. All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Los Angeles and this will continue until it is no longer feasible. Shipping services are not currently affected and our normal timeframes apply. As this is an evolving situation, we will always keep you up to date on any changes in service via information on our website and email.

As always, if you have any questions you can reach us at 888-688-9621, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm PST, or email us at support@gladgirl.com

We are all in this Together!
